I am a regular customer and always enjoy a special curry. always full of flavour and a good mixture with the ingredients and sauce. Tonight the dish didn't seem as good as previous times. Onions were very tough & prawn crackers tasted a bit stale, almost like tonight's dish was put together in a hurry. I will return as this is the first time of giving a low rating and I think tonight was just a one off.

Normally love the Hing Tai. Tonight’s food was not good-the sweet & sour tastes like the chicken had been boiled in salt water it was awful. Starters dumplings were chewy and not nice. Sorry but well below the usual good standards
